CANCELLATIONS:

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. Once the item has been printed, we will not be able to cancel it.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES:

Due to the nature of the cards, there will be no returns or refunds. However, if your cards contain misinformation or a misspelling, please contact us to discuss. Each situation will be treated on a case-by-case basis. In the case that we process a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we cannot edit your order after it has been submitted. Please make sure your information is correct prior to checking out. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will ship within 1-2 weeks processing period, unless otherwise stated. This does not include shipping time. 

CAN I EDIT MY ADDRESS?

Please double check your shipping address prior to checking out. We will not be responsible if your package is returned to us due to incorrect addresses or names on the package. If the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship.

If you noticed that your address is incorrect after ordering but we have not yet shipped it, please email us and we will try our best to change the address for you!

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Each customer will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you are unable to find the email, check your spam folder. If the email is still not found, please email us. 

If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please allow the post office 1-2 business days to deliver after the notification. Also, ensure to ask neighbors or front office of your building for its whereabouts. If it has still not shown up, please contact your post office directly.
